Fifteen Clicks

This photo was taken in the woods somewhere near Hengelo, and is one of the first photos I took with my new 70-200mm f/4.0 IS. What a splendid lens it is! Tack-sharp, contrasty, and blazing fast focus.

Coming from a FourThirds system camera like my Olympus E-510, the range of this lens is much more familiar terrain to me than that ‘whacky’ ultra-wide angle 17-40mm — which does really have an appeal of its own, though.
